Shadi dress design, made in our own workshops
Shadi Dress has made bridal outfits since 2013. We run more than 35 workshops of our own: we buy in fabric and materials and do the rest ourselves, from cutting and hand and machine embroidery to stitching, dyeing and finishing. So a different colour, a longer shirt or lighter embroidery is a change we make ourselves, not a request passed on to someone else.

By event
- Choosing a barat dress? Tell us the date first, and we check whether it can reach you in time before you order.
- Our nikkah outfits can carry as much or as little embroidery as you like.
- A mehndi function dress can be made in a different fabric from the one shown.
- Walima soon after the barat? Give us both dates before you order your walima wedding dress, and we check the timing of each.
By silhouette
- A Pakistani bridal lehenga can be ordered with the shirt length, sleeves and dupatta you want.
- For a bridal farshi lehenga, ask to see the finished length and hem on the video call before dispatch.
- A bridal gharara or sharara can be made with a shorter or longer shirt and lighter or heavier work.
- On a bridal maxi or gown, the neckline and sleeves are your call.
By colour
Any design can be made in any colour. Start from red and maroon bridal dresses or a white bridal dress, or name your own shade; you see the fabric colour on live video, in the available light, before you approve the outfit.
For the groom
Grooms order the same way: each Pakistani dulha dress has the same delivery options as a bridal order, and any design can be customised.
Change the design, get the fit right
Colour, fabric, length, sleeves, neckline, the amount of embroidery and the dupatta can all be changed, and parts can be added or removed. Changes asked for during production can also move the schedule. You can send a picture or sketch of your own idea too, and we make it and quote the price.
Order in a standard size or made to measure. We explain how to take your measurements, and in Rawalpindi or Islamabad they can be taken in person by appointment. Check the size guide before you order. Up to two inches of extra seam allowance is left for later alteration. If the fit isn’t right, we alter the outfit free of charge.
Ordering and delivery across Pakistan
We deliver to serviceable addresses across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar; for remote locations, coverage varies and we discuss arrangements with you individually. Every delivery time we give runs from order to delivery, courier included, and tracking details are shared when available. You can also collect the finished outfit from the workshop by prior arrangement. Options and charges are on the delivery information page.

Questions before you order
How early should I order my shadi dress?
We advise three months before the event. Standard Delivery is free and takes up to three calendar months, courier included. If your date is closer, message us with it before you order: Rush Delivery (up to 30 calendar days) and Super Rush (up to 14 calendar days) cost extra and depend on the design and our production schedule, so we confirm first and then put the agreed date in writing on WhatsApp. These timelines stay the same all year.
Does the price change if I customise the design?
Every design shows its price in PKR. Customising is free; only added heavy embroidery or a major design change costs extra, and we tell you the cost before going ahead.
Can I see my outfit before it is dispatched?
Yes. Before packing, you see the finished outfit on a live video call and can ask for the front, back and full silhouette, embroidery close-ups, the fabric colour, every agreed piece and the finished measurements. Feasible corrections are discussed at that point, and the outfit is dispatched only after your written approval. In Rawalpindi or Islamabad you can also ask to see it in person, by appointment.
How do I pay, and is cash on delivery available?
Pay by bank card at checkout, or order on WhatsApp with at least half the payment upfront and the balance before dispatch. Cash on delivery isn’t available for bridal orders. A digital invoice is sent by email or WhatsApp, and our WhatsApp team helps in Urdu and English from 9 am to 11 pm Pakistan time.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Bridal, nikkah and groom orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing them. After that and before dispatch, 35% of the amount paid is deducted and 65% is refunded; once dispatched, there is no voluntary cancellation. Send cancellations in writing through our verified contact channels. There are no change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds after delivery for correctly supplied orders. If something arrives defective, incorrect, missing or damaged, report it promptly, within 48 hours of delivery where possible, with photos or video; remedies can include correction, replacement or refund, under Pakistani consumer protection law.
